• If you have ordered Specialty items, you will be responsible for payment of all items ordered, regardless if a member of the wedding party drops out.
• Alterations may result in additional charges.
• Shipping charges are not included in price quotes.

If you are not providing the fabric, you will abide by the closest color choice we are able to locate for your order. Provided there is enough time, samples can be sent for your approval.

Threads of Time promises to do our best to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their order. Additional costs may be incurred. All canceled orders are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. If a deposit was placed, customer acknowledges and agrees to pay the balance upon receipt of the garment(s). All deposits are non-refundable. If account is referred for collection, buyer is responsible for all collection fees and costs, including attorney fees.
